About RustStats

RustStats.io is a website that allows users to view in-game statistics for Rust, as well as some additional information about a player's Steam profile. RustStats stores publicly available data locally to display it later when needed.

Since its initial release, RustStats has undergone a complete overhaul. It's no longer just a site that reveals hidden in-game stats — it now shows information that you may not be able to see from Valve themselves. RustStats has become significantly more advanced than it used to be.

RustStats.io offers free access to player statistics even if the player's Steam profile has been made private. The site features 39+ leaderboards, each displaying the top 50 players, based on statistics collected from over 150,000 Rust players. In addition, RustStats.io flags profiles that appear to have manipulated their statistics using game exploits, which helps users filter out suspicious or unwanted traffic.

To support third-party development, RustStats.io also provides free access to its private API for selected users.

Who created RustStats.io and when?

RustStats.io was launched in mid-2024, following the downfall of a leading site in the same scene. While the site is developed by a small team, the core vision remains guided by bruteforce & P3. What began as a hobby and a personal need for tracking progress has grown into something much more than a passing interest. This motivation drives us to continue improving the platform and to pursue new projects in the future.
